What are the differences between a frog and a toad?

ok, i admit that "frog" have better spelling and toad is more retarded than us(frog).
and frog also more developed cos me as a frog at least wear a boxer to cover up my ...... but toad dont have anything. they are ugly.

i dont know la, boss...but both are from the same species...the 'katak' family!!! and i guess they eat the same foods...the differences?maybe toads have bigger belly then frogs...and they cant jump as high as you can...hehehe...really dont know la, boss...
