These are the list of exotic food i've tried so far

1-mousedeer-cook in curry. Texture like rabbit but taste like chicken. sweet meat but not much can we get from one mousedeer. Size of a cat.

2-porcupine-also cook in curry. Texture is like rabbit but meat are not tender. Struggle a little to get it chewed. Meet is less taste than chicken.

3-batang pisang (banana stalk)- again in curry. Famous dish in Kedah. I forgot how it taste like. I gotta eat that tomorrow.

4-Patin masak tempoyak(snakefish)- famous in Pahang (temerloh). Meat are juicy, soft and sweet and uhh...I'm drooling. No other fish have the same texture of Patin.

5. Ulam-ulaman (salad?)- banana heart, daun selom, cashewnut leaves, cekur, pucuk betik, pegaga, jering, and more..

well, the list is long. I can't put up everything unique that i've tasted before. And I am still on my quest of trying new exotic Malaysian food.

Want to join me?
