You have to place your focus on the good things in your life, not the bad. Think of a family that loves you, good friends, the things that you DO have..as opposed to those you want. People tend to focus so much on what they don't have and everything that is going wrong in their lives, that they forget everything they have...everything they've accomplished. Just don't forget the good.

I try to remember the last time I had a really horrible headache and that it went away eventually, so I know that the hard times will eventually end as well. Otherwise my head would have exploded all over the wall...
