It works in the Middle East. I'm all for more harsh punishment for all crimes. How about take a hand or both just to be on the safe side for the first offense? It's harder to pick pockets with stumps. |

as i know they do that in middle east..they call it the "golden rule"..like once you steal they cut your hand..
