Beautiful women...hard, industrious workers...fought bravely against the Japanese in WWII, even though they had to fight guerilla style. (And Filipino warriors...using escrima...defeated Magellan and his Spanish conquistadors, even though they had armor and guns.)

Race makes no difference to whether a person is nice or not.

Pinays are usually very pleasant people, living in a harsh land where people get kidnapped and the government is very corrupt. Often cute but maybe a little naive too

I married one. Lucky for me she has no brothers or sisters. Just her mother whom I support financially. Most there are barely able to buy food. The people get along remarkably well considering the conditions. Of course, I find most of the women there to be very beautiful. If more of the people there had entreprenuerial spirit the entire country could benefit. I know a couple decent men but most of the men are like vultures. The people should try harder to change the government and let some outside investors in there to stimulate their economy. As it is they just want to take whatever they got in their pockets and send them home. Not realizing that we can help bring prosperity if treated a little more fairly.

Good and bad just like the rest of the world. I think the women are beautiful in general. I have great friends from there.

I like them , the women seem friendly and I find them very attractive . I don't understand Filipino men well though , I served with many while in the service and they seemed a bit stand offish as if they had a chip on there shoulder or something always seemed to be bothering them . I never held this against them though but would be interested in a point of view from a Filipino regarding this . I always had the impression they somehow thought of me as an adversary for some reason and was unable to become close friends with them though I made efforts to do so.

my friend is like half-filipino from her dad. she so sweet and nice and caring and so is her family. but her dad is like protective of her. but filipinos is general, they're nice, caring, hard-working people who achieve greatness by some sacrifice they have to make (mostly immigration & leaving their lives back in the phil.) some are mean and too proud of themselves. but you find that in every culture.

I agree with Big P. I have an incredibly beautiful, sexy Filipino wife. And unfortunately I have met the money hungry ones. Many are in my wife's family. Sometimes it is hard to beleive they come from the same parents.

I can say good and bad things about filipino's all day.
I will concentrate on the positive side of filipino people.
The women are very sexy,sweet,humble and great lovers in the bed. I think filipina women love to experience young foreign studs like daniel smith and others. Filipino's are very close to family unlike americans. Filipina women are the reason why the country
still exist. Filipina women are the pioneers that keep the economy going. Filipina women have a strong desire to succeed in life. Filipina women have a powerful influence. The country will not survive without them. I am a foreigner married to a filipina and I am aware of what is going on in the Philippines behind closed doors and outside closed doors. Filipina can be everything you ask for in a woman or they can be the most evil and seductive money sucking creatures on the earth.(smile)

filipina women are beautiful and hard workers who r not treated very well by men in the philippines. as far as the men, lazy and not responcible....wonder why most filipina women are married to foreigners...

I've been to the Phillipines twice for work. Most are very polite, and very nice.

Unfortunately it seems like in general though, the men are very bad at trying to support their family. The women by far are the hardest workers, which I think is embarrassing, especially if these women have kids.

I probably wouldn't go for vacation, but going for a couple weeks for a work trip wasn't a bad experience.

Oh, and to the person that said the food is good, BLAH! I don't eat pork, and everything they make has fried pig guts, pig blood, pig ears, and anything else they can find. The food was without question the low point of my two stays.
