Remember that he spent almost 50K for the proposal advertisement on the highway? Added up to this 150K... what? Almost 200K spent just to show off?
I knowlah.. its his money, he have the right to spend it anyway he wants....but if he spend that much to aid the Taufan Narjis victims, even DBKL will respect him....and even his wife will respect him more....

Sigh..... should have stop at the 50K proposal instead..

Just an eye sore to other people... Just imagine if everybody is doing it (as he suggested), KL city will become one huge set of wedding photo albums.

There are thousands of way to show your love and being romantic without annoying other people. This is worse than show off wedding ceremony of Siti and Datuk K.

Honestly, I don't know which point to take at 1st...

At one point he did spent 150k for this and the poor needs it...but then again how about the many people who used a few thousands every few months just to get the latest handphones...or several handphones. Compared to all that money, 150k is nothing. Its self indulgence. He did earn the money unlike some people...

Hmm, to say that he should use 150k for other people...I suppose its like saying he shouldn't indulge himself. I suppose its a selfish point of view but then again how many of us have donated to charity sacrificing many things we love like food (think about secret recipe or fast food), clothes (the latest fashion or that nice blouse when we could just wear that old blouse that still had its original color), or that huge house when we could just stay in a normal house. Sooner or later, he might give to charity but that time was the time he chose to pamper himself.

At another point, why choose this way? I'm sure that he thought many ideas before reaching that conclusion. I can think of why the reason is, most likely to show his love through the work he loves. Sort of like a painter painting the women he loves and putting it in a gallery.

Bottom line is...we ain't him and he ain't us. It is our personality that decides which choice to use. To some, love is a private thing but to others they want to tell the whole world about it. Again its a matter of personality or prespective.

And no, its not that personal at all. Its not like he put porn on those bus shelters. After all we did put up with the Pak Lah's and Siti and her hubby's weddings. I suppose this is the difference of tolerence when we deal between a celebrity and a not so famous guy. And he did say he got a letter with the written permission...I wouldn't be surprised if City Hall was just changing words to fit in the public's eye.

Phew! Well, I guess my stand is 'Its his hard earned money so he has the right to indulge himself.' After all, aren't we indulging ourselves with things that we certainly don't need to live?
