It depends on your destination, and the time of the year !
...If you are going to a sunny destination, where winters are unheard of, it is best to wear cool and comfortable cottons - unless you want to suffer a sunstroke after landing !
...If you travel to a place, where it's cold even in summer and freezing in winter, wear warm clothing and carry at least a wind-cheater to put on just before you land - to prevent being numbed.
Aboard a plane, what you wear will make no difference, as long as it is decent - since all passenger flights have airconditioned interiors. |

your former darna avatar's costume is the best dress to wear when flying. otherwise, wrap a blanket around yourself then have yourself hurled by the mighty guy from Fantastic 4 so you'll fly...
just what is with all these flying and blanket queries? please rephrase your question. otherwise, people will think that blankets and people fly of their own will.
thank you. |

the longer your travel time, the more comfortable are the clothes you should wear.
i usually travel with tshirt and jeans and rubber shoes. sometimes with a comfortable skirt and a top to match it but with a low heeled sandals. i will never be comfortable with high heels walking endlessly at the airport on departure and arrival. imagine, you still have to get your baggage and fall in line at the immigration and customs and all those hassles...
wear anything comfortable. you would even notice some on their slippers/flipflops.
have a safe trip!!! |

I remember that I was wearing a long-sleeved cotton woven top over a comfortable pair of jeans. It was a 7 hours flight yet they were not comfortable enough.
Anyways, I have flown countless times since and my longest flight lasted more than 20 hours.
The best clothes to wear are 100% cotton knit tops (for easier movement and comfort) and for bottoms, I either go for Yoga pants or track pants. They are so comfortable for long haul flights. One can move around without worrying about getting them so wrinkled.
For shoes, I generally wear slip-on rubber shoes. The ones I need not tie or untie during the flight. :)
Hope all these help. |

jogging pants or leggings & sneakers or slippers. i bring a sweater and a pair of socks with me in case i feel cold.
just dont wear denim pants coz it is so uncomfortable! dont wear high heel shoes either. if u want, u can just put them in ur hand carry and wear them when you get off the plane. |
