Someone here answered "Filipinas are evil" based on her experience that she once was robbed or something by a Filipina. That's generalization...

Here are some of the unique characteristics of a true-blooded Filipina:

Loving- we are so friendly and compassionate to others: bums in the street, beggars in the churches, neighbors, even to strangers...That's why sometimes people take advantage of us.

Loyal to friends- we stand by and cry with our girlfriends no matter what.

Faithful to husband/bf- we don't talk to others about the shortcomings of our significant others. Contrary to others belief, instead, we even tend to "yabang" our misters because we are so proud of them...

Family-oriented- It rarely happens in a Filipino family that a Filipina discard the welfare of her own family, siblings and most especially her mother and father. She's close to her cousins, aunts, lola, and to everyone in the family circle. She puts the family first above her herself.

Submissive- Pinays sometimes tend to be submissive. This word is different from "martir" but people always get mixed up. Maybe this is because of the culture that taught us that the "AMA Ng Tahanan" is the one who wears the pants in the house thus he makes the decision. But nowadays, BOTH makes the decision around our house.

Note: Watch out though, oftentimes, people don't notice that most of Filipinas tend to make their halves "ander de saya." This is true.

Good cook and domesticated- Filipinas loathe dust, loves to spend time in front of her "batya" so clothes are even whiter than white. She cooks really good and even prefer left-overs...Very organized when it comes to housekeeping.

Matipid- matipid sa lahat ng bagay...sa kuryente, sa tubig...lahat ng puwedeng tipirin, tinitipid because she is well known to be good in budget management. Whether working or a fulltime mother, she's in charge of the finances so pag araw ng sweldo, intrega ke nanay ang payslip ni tatay...

Loves drama- loves any kind of drama, doesn't matter...It can be soap or telenovelas, "drama ng kapitbahay", mahilig magdrama sa bf or sa mister...pati paghihiwalay nina Martin at Pops iniyakan pa...It's because we have big hearts that we feel the pain of others and we can identify to their stories.

Exotic- I am not being bias but for me Filipina is the most beautiful Asian... and she endures the pain and strong withstanding the tribulations that life brings. She's smiling even when she's weeping. She's a mixture of beauty, talents, and wisdom...

Yes, they are pretty and have nice features like politeness. On the other hand , they are more eductaed when compare with othe ladies from the region.

They are family oriented ....but in most cases they dominate in the family.

In soceity they are open mided.

Because of their beauty westerners and others thinks that they provide cheap sex . But I think it is wrong. Mainly becasue of the deviation from the culture and due to the effect of the poverty , some have opted for sex as a way of living.

The above is by my experience. I was working there for sometime.I am not a filipino.

They are very beautiful, a perfect mixture of Asian and Latina, my two favorites, but from my limited experience (my ex-wife and one other) they can be very strong-willed and a bit stubborn; sorry I know that is a generality.

of all asian beauties, philippine women tops it..... they have a special beauty different from other asian countries. Maybe its because of their cultural mixes from oriental, hispanic, whites, among others. They look very different when compared to other asians like chinese, japanese, koreans.... which have the same small slitty eye features. Women from philippines are more beautiful looking..... followed by women from India with their very large beautiful long lashed eyes.

Filipino women are loving, caring,sweet, thoughtful, understanding, have lots of patience, good in budgeting, responsible, love their kids, love their husband more than their self and especially Filipino women are "martir" like a saint.!sad but true...
