I can't believe anyone would even seriously consider that. But, when I think about its the same people who made Joseph Estrada the President then anything is possible. What the heck, lots of people even voted for PacMan. Is anybody starting to see a connection with the mismanagement and corruption that plagues The Philippines?

I can't believe someone above me said she'll vote for Kris because her parents and brother "did a good job." You can't be serious, are you kidding me? If my parents, sisters, and brothers are generous and kind, would you automatically presume that I'm generous and kind too? Do you believe everything that you see on TV?

To answer the question, no I won't vote for Kris in the senate.

What is going on in the Philippines? Everyone wants to be in congress and senate but no one is worthy to be called a statesman. Being a statesman and stateswoman is not something done overnight and achieved in other fields. It's about service to the people.

Kris may qualify with her educational attainment, the Ninoy Aquino influence, and with her TV popularity, she may have a chance to have a seat in the Senate but no, I won't vote for her. The fact is, she hasn't held ANY public office and she hasn't proven her commitment and service to the Filipino people. If she runs for local government office as a step to her political career, then maybe yes I'll vote for her. She should start serving first the people at the hometown who made them famous, Tarlac then make her way to the congress and senate.

The person that is so conceded and so obviously uses whitening products. I hope none of you vote for her. Would you want someone like that representing you? She seems even ashamed of showing us her other child that has an obesity issue. She keeps on showing her other kid and thinks her husband with the boxer's nose can play for the NBA. LOL!!!!!!!!

Anything Kris would do, doesn't surprise me. Ninoy has been rolling in his grave for years. Given she is almost matronic-looking now, a senatorial bid would likely happen in a few years and she would clinched it. Yes as much as we hate to admit it, she will get voted into the senate.

As Senator, Kris would go for an all out gun-ban and promote Chlamydia awareness week on Joey Marquez' birthday.

She would approve Lipo subsidies for the masses, create basketball stadiums in James Yap's name. She will make sure Hacienda Luisita will remain theirs and not a single pot of paso will go to a starving farmer.

She will address health issues on ADD, KSP and ADHD which are her main afflictions.

Truth is, she is not a good senator material. However, with her presence, she will lighten the mood in the Senate. Her exuberance for anything will contaminate everyone specially the morose and the taciturn. And to keep the sessions as lively as her personality, she will play "Game Ka na Ba".

I can't think how people would vote for her. She is so raw. She needs more polishing. She may be a very quick-witted, talented and versatile individual but I doubt if she can be a plus factor in the Senate.

let's be careful of what we say. we might get what we subconsciously wish for. there's a short distance between showbiz and politics in the phils so kris becoming a senator is not a shot in the dark.

We have the best and the worst in the Senate and elsewhere. Yet we remain in the pits of being forever a developing country with no hope for bright future in view. So what would one more unfit individual like Kris affect the general scheme of things?

I really feel we will be in the dumps forever....sorry that I've given up on the possibility of good governance. Not in my lifetime at least.

If Kris Aquino would become a senator I guess it's okay. Base on the administration of his mom as the president before her mom did a good job and his father also who''s already dead right now is also okay. And even his brother Ninoy I haven't heard some complains or some news about him that says that he corrupted or something.

For me Kris might be suit for that position because for me she is the kind of person that when you give something or a task to her she will really do it and she's also one of those few people who has great principle in life.

If during the election I can already vote, I might vote her as one of the senators of our senate.

Please don't judge her because she's an actress or she's into showbiz, we don't know what are her capabilities if she will become a senator, she might change the status of Philippines.(oh crap! i guess it's impossible to change the status of the Philippines)

hmm.. maybe she can only do something to improve our country.
