if you refer to biblical angels, almost one-third was cast out during lucifer's revolt or the heavenly wars... though truthfully, these are all base on the bible and agnostics, atheists would contend with your statement.

if you refer to the catholic church, priests/nuns/seminarians who marries are regarded as fallen angels.

if you use it with everyday people, it refers to people who lives righteously and in one swift motion makes a complete turn-around on the manner he lives by or becomes the complete opposite of his character, one can be regarded as a fallen angel.

depending on the connotation, one who simply makes a complete drawback on his being and reverts to the complete opposite of his being, is a fallen angel...

My own definition is anyone whose wings have been clipped due to un"angel-like" behavior. Without the wings, the ability to fly or to soar (in real life, this could mean our desire to be loved and respected) is incapacitated; hence, falling - that of being unloved - is the only alternative.

A fallen Angel is an Angel that's fallen from the grace of God.

EDIT- Bible says Lucifer took a legion into hell with him, but the main demon that is spoken of is Beelzebub.

I'd say there were a lot of the gang mentioned in John Milton's Paradise Lost, but as to personal knowledge, I have not yet had the pleasure of their company.

However, there are times when I look at my colleagues here in the Office and I could have sworn one or two looked exactly like that, the Devils Incarnate.

a fallen angel is someone who helped you in times of trouble. someone who put you back on tracks, where you should be. someone who solved your problem.
