Difference religion has their own theory. In Christianity death is the beginning of the after life. Death is not the end. After death we shall face the God for judgment day.

When my faith in religion is weak, I come up with a few theories.

DEATH is a game of hide & seek.
the only difference is !
in the game we find all the hidden people.
but
in death the one who dies finds all of us because he is no more with his body he is with his soul & we cannot see souls.

& the second point .......( it when we die.. everythings no more?

Its a process. In fact, death is a state of transition, of the old to new...

Take it like transferring flames from one candle to the other as the previous one is about to die out. Some sees it as the 'beginning' as life itself seems like a 'preparation' of sort.

Life and death is what we view it to be. The state of 'nothingness' exists on its own as we perceive it as it is, right here and right now. It is not some 'place' to be or total 'emptiness'. It is a state of mind too, where it takes time to cultivate in order to realize it, as this state is not something to 'think' or 'ponder' about.

For some, death could also be the 'end' for one's craving to live.
