I'd say you can control your feelings of love or anger but you can't hide them, for it is manifested by your unconscious body movements, color of your auras, facial expressions like the "hard lips" or wet glossy lips, high eyebrows, constricted or dilated pupils, blush of your face or ears, some the enlargement of nostrils,lol, tone of voice, subtle body movements of any part,your interest or disinterest towards a certain issue in connection with that someone, ans so many others.
again, you can control them, but you can't hide them.

Both. I'm too transparent on my feelings.. since the expression on my face and my eyes reflects the way I really feel. Then I'm a bit vocal too that's why I'm way too obvious especially to those people already who know me so well. I just can't hide it away. <*-*>

I feel real bad if i don't express my anger and love, cos everyone including my pet has a right to know how i feel. It only clears the airways for a better life.

Anger is harder because revenge tries to come into play. I work harder at getting rid of it quickly. Love on the other hand I can express or stifle. My choice of expression is definitely love but anger is something I work to control everyday and learn how to deal with it.
