Just brush quickly then rinse well with some mouthwash. That would be good enough for emergency cases I would imagine. Also a note not to forget to buy it in the future perhaps would help too. |

according to research, APPLE is the best alternative toothpaste coz its acidity is enough to remove plaques.
in my experience, guava leaf is also good for an alternative. |

i use plain odized salt. my dad taught me that when i was young. i found a recipe here, but what if other ingredients were not available in the kitchen or when travelling? iodized salt is free in Mcdo and Jollibee hehehe

Drink a can of coke...That should clean them out good..and I am not kidding...Swish it around good in your mouth and spit it out and drink the rest of the can! ;o)
You can also use some baking soda and water in a paste.
