I'm gonna put my money on Japan, because of the technology they develop and their lifespan and way of life. |

Honey, your question is sort of vague. Best in what? Sports? Economic management? Governance?
And you really cannot just say this or that country is the best. Each of course has its own pride and problems. |

There is no such thing as the best asian country. The word "best" here can refer to many aspects of a country.
It depends on each traveller's perspective and his interest when he visits a place. It could be the natural scenery of the place, the culture, the modernity, the people, the historical aspects, the security, etc
What one considers "best" in one country may not necessary be best for another traveller. There is no best asian country. One may prefer the cheap shopping highlights, while another may prefer the serenity and beauty , culture of the rural folks. There are so many other aspects to consider. |

For history, sightseeing and culture you can't go past Japan and China.
I love Japan for their cleanliness, language, music, food, technology, anime and the general eccentricities of their culture and way of life.
But my heart belongs to Malaysia for the weather and food and drink alone. |
