Nasi Lemak.... 2 packs! If they have great rice and sambal, I would be VERY satisfied!

When I was 13 years old my Grandfather took me fishing very early in the morning. We left before sunrise, sat by the river and caught two Rainbow Trout after half an hour. Grandpa took out some flour and butter and bread and cooked those fish right there on the bank of the river. It was the best breakfast I ever had. More so because it was the last time I ever got to go fishing with him. He passed away that fall.

I love buffet breakfast, especially when on a holiday. I can then enjoy my breakfast at leisure, savouring all the different dishes, especially the different types of bread and cheeses....provided I can get my kids to sit still for that long without complaining!

There's one hotel I went to in Penang (forgot the name!) which serves a great variety of food for brekkie. The coffee's decent too! What more can one ask??!!

It was some Years ago, when l was driving home after a short holiday with the love of my life. By pure chance we found and stop at this remote place beside a lake with only a small cafe.
There we had vennison steak pie, serve with sweeten beetroot and whipped cream. Delicious! After that we went for a walk by the lake, it was a bit foggy that morning, It was like a fairytale.
It was THE best breakfast l ever had, both food and the company.
Haven't gone back there since. But one day..........

I can't remember honey. It all depends on the degree of my hunger, I guess. I could just have crunchy bacon and eggs and garlic-fried rice with very hot coffee and it would feel it's the best if I am really hungry.
