Hire an Escort Girl and have fun with her every night, for sure you'll get a good night sleep. If you are not satisfied with one E.G. make it two. |

1. Drink 1 glass of hot milk..
2. Read inspirational or religious books(or love story book)
3. Listen to jazz, bossa nova or any feel good music. try to look for the CD of Emi Fujita at SM record bars..her self rendition of all time favorites worked good for me.
4. Forget all your worries in life..
Remember, this will not work the first try..try doing this for at least 1 week..All the 4 items that i mentioned should be done all at the same time..
Also, try to have a pet or hobby.. |

Try to slowly change your body rhythm or body clock. If you fall asleep at dawn up to noon then try not to fall asleep during that time or at least try to extend your waking time to at least an hour everyday. Then slowly you will change your sleeping pattern,to a point where you will fall asleep at regular hours.
Good luck. |

During my 20's I had sleep problem. But when I started to play basketball, jogging, weightlifting, pilates or streaching (at least 2 times a week).
My sleep problem is gone.
I don't drink any caffeinated drinks, 8 hours before sleep.
Milk before bedtime works with me too.
I had a fixed schedule on sleeping every 10:00 pm.
Most of all have a stress free life. |

drinking something hot didn't work? as well as watching Scarface? hmm, you're a piece of work.. how about reading some really girly magazine or book (which might bore you to death), or drinking warm MILK specifically? or playing those zen cd's that you can buy from department stores that play sounds of streaming water? whatever you do, don't exert to much effort before going to bed coz that's just gonna speed up your blood flow and give you restless sleep (if you even get any!) goodluck! let me know what finally worked for you!☺ |

Go to a health foods store and buy Tripophan tablets. It's a natural substance in foods like warm milk or turkey. |

I am so sorry for you! Insomnia can be very irrating, One thing to remember is don't do any exercise at least for a hour or more before bedtime. I have had insomnia and what I find that helps me is having "white noise" if the sound of a fan doesn't help try turning on the tv to a channel that doesn't come in and only has static.
Good luck in finding something that helps you I hope you get some ZZZ's tonight! |

Pish Posh PT dahling.
It's a case of the nerves and I doubt if you will find a way to sleep since you've already tried a lot of those supposed remedies. Try to buy this herbal sleeping pill which fits your non-pharmaceutical description. It's called melatonin dahling. It's an OTC sleeping agent. If not I can always give you OTC sleeping pills I bought from the states. I have lots dahling, regular or maximum strength. Take your pick dahling. |

Hi,
I will suggest four things that may or may not be different to when you stayed in the UK.
1. Is your bedroom lighter or darker than in the UK?
Adjust it to be the same.
2.Is the night time noise level the same as in the UK?
Again adjust it to the same.
3. Is the room temperature the same?
Make the adjustments.
4. You are now on the other side of the world to the UK rotate your bed to match the same direction as in the UK.
If your head pointed North at night in the UK point it North where you are now.
I could be wrong on that one because as you are now below the equator you might have to lie in the opposite direction to the UK.
Try all 4 alterations, it might just work.

☻Avoid smoking before going to bed
☻Avoid heavy meals before bedtime
☻Avoid caffeine (like coffee, etc..) since the stimulating effects of caffeine can last for many hours.
☻Maintain a comfortable temperature in your bedroom
☻Eliminate alcohol, since many people experience wakefulness as the effect of the alcohol wears off
☻Sleep in loose, comfortable clothes in a comfortable bed.
☻If you read before bed, do this in a chair or in another room
☻Exercise daily---best when done before dinner; exercise can stimulate arousal so should not be done too close to bedtime
☻Take a hot bath about two hours before bedtime.
☻Avoid looking at the clock; this promotes anxiety and obsession about time.
☻Avoid television just before bedtime.
☻If reading a book, try o read while sitting on a chair or on the other room except the bed.
☻Drink a warm glass of milk.
(All of these works well for me. I hope it will work for you too)
