"Putrajaya â€“ Administrative Capital of Malaysia" from the government website http://www.gov.my/MyGov/BI/Directory/Government/AboutMsianGov/PutrajayaFederalAdminCapital/ . Though of course if a politicians looking for votes he's going to say that KL is still the capital. And it certainly KL can be under certain definitions being the largest city by far and the place where Parliament still meets, although most central government offices are in Putrajaya now.
