Singapore doesn't have a capital city, its too small. Similarly it does not have states as it's too small. So for the purpose of your question I guess the capital would be Singapore itself.
Oh yah btw IMSOME07, the offcial langugage of Singapore is actually Malay but most people speak english here. |

You are from India, right? Singapore is not like India. Singapore is many many times smaller than India so Singapore has no capital city although there are small countries and territories have capital city. Singapore is a country and the city itself. If you want to know where is the goverment located then its the center of the city, or called City Centre by some. |
