I agree with Tranquil...Arroz Caldo is great. I love eating Goto also. But I'm not sure if you can consider those as "ulam."

"Ginataang Mongo", mongo beans with coconut milk, dried fish or "dilis" and "malunggay leaves".
Bamboo shoots "labong" with coconut milk, with shrimps/sea crabs, "saluyot leaves", corn and okra is the best.
Anything comes with coconut milk and with soup is best during rainy season. With hot steamed rice. |
