those you see on other animals/ birds eat but you are not familiar with, also avoid mushrooms if you're not an expert on it and it's not sold in markets or foods which the locals are accustomed to it but you are not. Also be aware of unboiled or unfiltered water, ice or its by-products.
many are also not comfortable with cow's milk and its other related dairy products, eggs too.Produce lots of air in the stomach to some.
be wary too of the "sili"-hot chili. it's really hot, they say it's like eating fire. |

A close second would be the chiceron. Pigs fat fried in pigs fat. Really bad for you, but at least it tastes good :). |
