A few years ago, I was stopped for driving past a red light....I denied it to this day because I was already in the centre of the yellow box when the light turned red...lol.
Of course, he argued that his colleague saw me at the traffic lights...
He repeatedly asked, "Jadi...sekarang bagaimana? Apa kau nak buat?".....("So...now how? What do you want to do?")
I innocently (so naive lah) asked back, "Apa nak buat, encik?" lols....
He paced up and down my car....took out the summons book.
Asked again and again....."Jangan menyesal kelak. Nak sign? RM50 ok."....("Don't regret later. Want to sign? RM50 is ok.")
As I was in a hurry, I gave him RM50 and there went my grocery money.....
Another case involved a colleague of mine....
He was caught for over-speeding...they both discussed about the money....lol.
After a ''debate'', the policeman was handed RM50. He went to the nearby coffee stall, then walked to the car.....guess what!!!!???
He handed RM30 to my colleague and said thanks....hahaha.
Imagine that!! |

there was this one time, sometime in 2005,i took the wrong entry,in front of KLCC where only busses and taxis allowed.the policeman stopped me,ask for my licenses and stuff.he keep asking me this question,"ni saya sign ye,ok?jangan menyesal tau!" over and over again.i told him to sign those freaking summon already and give it to me since i'm in a hurry.so he sign them with a disappointed face and hand me the summon.i still kept them in my wallet as a souvenir. |

i never bribe police officers and will never do it but my friend gave a policeman RM20 for 'langgar lampu merah' saman. The policeman said ' ikhlas ni ye encik?' after receiving that money. 'Ya, ikhlas.......', my friend replied sourly |

Hahahahahahaaa....funny question to ask. This was still possible during the old PM's time. I heard with the new PM, police do not accept bribe no more. It is black and white.
I heard it's RM$100 + a Dohnut. Just kidding. |

In my town RM10-20 can settle. You don't have to say anything, once they stop you they'll ask you wanna "kau tim" or not. |

Depend on what offend & it's location & it's quota.
Drink & drive can be from RM250-RM1,200.00
Normal traffic offend like speeding, red light, safety belt, phone & drink should be around RM20-RM50 kua.
Oh...... if you speed >180km/h, chances for them to catch you is <5%. |
