I dont know what is wrong with drink driving, but drunk driving kills people. If you are going to drink and drive, you are not very smart. If you do it, and you are in an accident with someone else, you had better hope that it is YOU hurt or killed. If you kill someone else, you can be charged with MURDER or manslaughter, both of which have mandatory jail time. Best not to do it. |

I went to sea in a submarine, many times over my 21 years in the Navy. Several times, I was in fear for my life from fire, flooding and other casualties. I was not afraid to die as I knew exactly what my risk was just being there. But, I have a nightmare, that I will die by being run off the road by a drunk driver, and that means you. A driver who is impaired in any manner, even one drink, puts all the rest of us on the road at risk of injury and/or death. I resent that you are so arrogant that you would presume to threaten me in this manner. |
