I can't really give my "exact" favorite as I love going from one fast food site to another.. and every site is the best in its own right! My favorite fast food place here in the Philippines:

CHINESE: WAI YING - the best tasting chinese fast food at the lowest cost i've ever seen!

JAPANESE: Sushi-Ya - sushi extreme

FILIPINO: Bat cave!!!
any Turo-turo site you can find.. as long as it is sanitary =) hehehe!

PIZZA: Pizza Hut!

BURGER: BROTHER's BURGER!!!

gerry's grill, the best place in town. gerry's outdo every restaurant there is in the pines. they are all over the place. their buko pandan is the best, better than max, their service is excellent and each menu is superb, you will not regret it.

why try mcdo and jollibee where in fact you can taste it in the states as well. if you check gerry's grill, you will thank me. i wish they have a branch out here. anyway, try the one in greenhills, its located in the shopping mall surrounded with everything you can think of.

The neighborhood fastfood eateries with the "turo-turo" and especially the barbecue places. Filipinos have a special and different barbecue flavor.

My favorite fastfood place here is Joe's Chicken Ignato. There are 8 locations here and they are a BBQ house with really delicious and unique food on a budget. Some examples and prices.
Joe's Chicken Ignato (BBQ breast with alta chera and rice) P52.
Buku Halo Halo (good for 2) P 60.
Special Pancit Cantoon with shrimps and veggies (good for 2) P 75.
Pepsi soft drinks P8
SMB pilsen P26.

Too many choices to list and it does not taste like "chain food".

For me nothing beats Bodhi, the vegetarian fastfood restaurant! it's great coz they offer discounted prices, about 50% off during closing time. I'm vegetarian so, much as the food may be great in Jollibee or McDo(more like McDuh?), I can only order french fries or apple pie. For pasta and pizza, I prefer going to Sbarro, though it's a bit expensive but the food is better.

I'm not in the Philippines right now and I really miss Bodhi, I'll probably go there everyday when I go home.
