I had this dish in Indonesia, deep fried tilapia, whole fish carved so the flesh is separated from the bone. The whole fish is edible, meat, fins down to the bones. Eaten with a spicy sweet sauce, it was just fantastic. Just have to have another one.

Another dish is fried catfish with toufu and fresh mango in Thailand. Served with sweet chilly sauce. Taste of fish with salty sweet and sour flavour all at one go, even without the sauce. It was just great.

grilled tuna belly and jaw (can't help it, I'm here in GenSan)...

fried tilapia and chicharong tilapia is also a delight, especially if it's cooked straight from the lake, the reason why I always take time to go to Lake Sebu...

you should try those!
