I love kuih keria, but only the one from Kuching.
There, we use ubi keledek orange color one. n use Gula Apong from Nipah Tree fot its savoury coverings...
Aduh... meleleh air liur aku...
I'll make some this evening, luckily I have some stock of Gula Apong...
Tried to get it here in Selangor, but they use Ubi keledek, yellow color n use gula putih je....... huh.

my favourite local kuih would be Sardine Currypuff and anything that has to do with gula melaka!
for cake, i definitely be crazy with tiramisu and chocoloate mousse cheese cake!! awesome!
