Tabasco is the BEST sauce for me. It's got that hot and spicy kick that i really like while not losing its distinct flavor. I use it on almost any dish / food -- pizza, pasta, omelette, beef, pork, chicken , seafood, food with and without sabaw, even on rice and bread! I use it for cooking, use it as a dip and sometimes i put a drop of Tabasco on my tongue just to feel and taste that tangy, zesty zing! Woohoo! Did i mention i just LOVE Tabasco suace? ^o^

Sauce is a kind of broad.

I use Honey Garlic sauce to marinate chicken breasts for sandwiches,

I use Italian Dressing for Chicken sandwiches as well

I prefer Zesty Ranch for a dipping,

Sweet & sour, and plum for Chinese food,

I prefer Marinara and RosĆ© sauce for pasta, Im partial to alfrado as well

Ever tried a balsamic vinegar glace. Its lovely on meat like steak and on vegetables and is easy to make.
Buy some balsamic vinegar, put it in a pot and boil it down to a consistancy of syrup.
Try it, its great.
