type of rice? the dish or the uncooked ones? aku tak paham.

but anyways,
uncooked - i like the normal ones, like the ones in the cap rambutan or jasmine or whatever.. sometimes i use the short and plump ones (dont know the 'technical' term), but its kinda gluey (glutinous aar, they said?) like the one they use for sushis.

if cooked - definitely kampung style chicken rice (not hainanese ones)

No favorite. as long as it is soft when cooked. I don't even like buying the fancy ones w/c makes one tend to eat too much because of it's good aroma and softness- it is not good to eat too much rice because it adds too much bulk on the body. Better to eat more veggies w/ smaller rice servings

I like the sticky consistency of Japanese sushi rice.
But at home we eat organic multi-grain rice which is not bad, especially with the sunflower seeds and barley.
It's healthier than bleached fragrant rice which has high sugar content.
As for rice dishes, I like all types of fried rice; kimchi fried rice, belacan fried rice, just to name 2.

all kind of rice cause in my opinion when we are out of supplies there's nothing differ a type of rice from another...so that's mean i'm not fussy but if given an option i would like to try the japanesse royal rice!.........duh..!!,,i mean for free cause it will cost me a fortune!!
