I am of Mexican and German descent...[possibly even a little Jewish thrown in there] I'm an American citizen...I live in the state of Texas, which has existed under 6 flags [France,Spain,Mexico,Texas,The Confederacy and of course the U.S.A.]...that might also explain why Texans are so nutty....but yes I'm proud of what I am...we should all be proud of our heritage. Australian born and bred of Polish parents. Extremely proud to call myself an Australian and of the country that is my home.
Our Heritage and Culture may not be as diverse or as rich as that of Europe or even the Philippines, but it is unique.
My wife is a Pinay so I also consider that I have inherited some Filipino traits.

Building parts from the Philippines but made in Australia haha. Both folks are Filo but I was born and raised Aussie. I'm proud to call myself Australian before being called a Filipino. However I love the culture in the Philippines more. So I think I had the best of both worlds. Laid back as an Aussie and resolute like a filipino. Both countries are the best in the world in my opinion.
