I do one on one with Michael Jordan on the basketball court, and when he could not keep up, I get the Pacman on the ring for two rounds, and when he could not cut it, I do knife fights with Rambo.
Afterwards, I stich together all the wounds he gets, without any painkillers. He's used to that. |

well i start my wonderful day off by getting out of bed which requires a sit up position. then walking to the bathroom gets me a 5 sec brief walk. then i get hungry so i make a longer walk to the fridge. so a total of 1 minute of walking. then once i get to the fridge i use my arms to open the door strengthnin my biceps and triceps. lastly i walk back to my bed. of a total of 1 minute of walking. |

well i run 4 miles a week...
my PE teacher is very very strict...
and still got a B+ on my grade for PE even though i don't forget my PE uniform...
and run 4 miles a week not drinking water after it and breathing soo hard like crazy...
and that is what I deserve?
a B+ oh come on!

My second favorite exercise is swimming. I love to get wet.... like erm, going swimming - it's great aerobic exercise, is gentle on the joints (unlike running) and when I'm in my tight black swimsuit, my huge boobs don't bounce about like crazy kittens. I can't jog to save my life - I'd do myself permanent damage... My first favorite everyday exercise is of course, the obvious and obligatory sexercise. And yes, both are effective!! I like my curves and both swimming and sexercise keep me that way.... |

I do mouth exercise. That means, talking. It's a good exercise for my facial muscles.
Then, I do squatting. That means squatting on my chair everyday, in front of the computer. It's a good exercise for my buttocks.
I also do leg lift-ups. That means sitting my granddaughter up one leg (and then the other) and push my leg up and down. It's a good exercise for my thigh and leg muscles.
And I do finger exercise. Run my fingers through the keyboards....run my fingers through my hair. |
