English ng english. I'm not bashing every call center agent in town but i hear loads of em speaking english even if they're not at work, nothing wrong w/ it but it sometimes becomes irritating & some act as if working at call centers paralysis them from speaking Filipino. You know, feeling tumira sa US for 40 yrs & totally forgot about their native tongue. |

Changing their citizenship for me doesn't make Pinoys un-Pinoy.
It's when they change their hearts and souls, like this one

When one meets the rare and refreshing one who won't take money as a reward for a kind deed.
That is a modest person and I have met a few like that, but only a few who don't demand a reward or even Christmas presents because they have worked for me for regular pay at one time or another. |

Um I think when their blood turns green. I mean seriously, if they try not look back where they came from and not respecting the their heritage is what makes a Filipino un-Filipino. |

- if you believe that we have to overshadow each other.
- if you are playing the game unfairly at the expense of your FELLOW Filipinos.
- when you only think of self preservation.
- when you're saying that ALWAYS that the 'tolls' in the Philippines is not for your own good and set of friends but it's really the case.
- when you told a 'friend' that you bared your soul because you valued the friendship but continue to hurt your so-called 'friend'. |

This is common for Filipinos who were born & raised in the Philippines & went abroad, especially for a relatively short amount of time & there are several ways to do it.
1. When they try really hard to speak impeccable English with their Filipino companions when they happen to notice a fellow Filipino passing by.
2. When they fail to acknowledge or return a smile, a nod, a facial or hand gesture from a fellow Filipino.
3. Everytime they go to the Philippines:
-they always talk in their foreign accent.
-they say how great it is in this or that country, even if they haven't been there yet
-they treat fellow Filipinos back home, like 2nd class citizens
-they are scared of flies & any flying insect
& many more. |

When he starts to complain a lot about the Philippines, as if there is nothing in the Philippines he/she can tolerate and look forward to experiencing again.
That is when he/she thinks of his/her host country as his/her new "native land" (an oxymoron, but that best captures the thought). |

For instance, an island of the Phil. succeed their willing to have their own government and state.
when a Filipino stop owing his/her taxes.
--------------------------------------...
when a filipino has no address in the phil. meaning no land owned, no house owned, ect...... refuse to pay taxes .
also, people have not regestered by National statistic Office of the Phil. considered as PAGANs.
as long as he/she can't vote since and ever.
Although some people living in the phil. since long time ago but we can not consider them as Filipino 'cuz they are not officially regestered at NSO such sa people living remote areas or in the forest or in the phil. sea. they are not counted as Filipino 'cuz they not regestered by NSO. |
