I have to agree with the first to answer. Filipinos can be described as close knit one so girls are brought up to love their parents and family members. They are brought up to be loving girl in the family. It is ideal for a girl to dream of having a nice family and so in her search for someone to have a relationship with she carry on this ideals of treating his man right. It may sound too old but in the Filipino culture women should take care of their man and the man in return will be the provider or protector of the woman.

It's the confluence of many factors, of which I could think of two.

First is the forgiving climate - not too hot nor too cold - such that they're not subjected to harsh and extreme environs. Second and more important is they have the loving support of their family.

They have less to worry about, so they have more than ample time to be sweet, Master.
