Find a tourism center and learn all you can about where you are, and if you're lucky, you might find a few places their teens like to hang out and ask lots of questions of your guilde. Above all else just enjoy a trip overseas, not many people get to do that. Need more, start a blog about your trip for friends back home.

Philippines has a rich cultural background. Go visiting around and see how life is in another country. Visit and watch their cultural dance performance, it is very nice. Go shopping at the mall. You get different things from what you get back home. Go souvenir hunting for gifts for your school friends. there are many unique handicrafts to buy.

You can easily find things to do when you get there.

ask your mom nicely to see cebu or boracay. these are the popular places here, nice thing here is you can enjoy the beaches all year round.

if your staying in manila, you should see mall of asia or any of the malls in that view. malls in manila are so different from the ones in the states. i think they got it all for you.

You should totally go shopping. The Philippines has one of the largest malls in the world, and that is SM Mall of Asia in Manila, which is only a few meters away from the miraculous Baclaran Church.
Visit Baywalk in Metro Manila... eat street food and all the other weird stuff you can find. And just enjoy! Have fun in the Philippines! ^_^
