we have experimented on this and our customary items are:
one box of spanish sardines from dipolog(one box with 24 bottles)
panga(bulldog) and tuna belly from citra mina frozen and wrapped in aluminum foil then placed inside a styrofoam container
bangus belly from sarangani aqua resource and packed the same ways as above.
cooked alimango(crabs) from cotabato city. frozen and artfully packed as above.

Pt have you checked the customs regulations to wherever you are going? Most dairy products kasi are banned in North America, double check if you can bring cheez whiz, liver spread and yema.
