Got robbed by 5 armed Indons. Tied us all up, ransacked the whole house and took all my jewellery/watches..*sob*..
All that time I was so scared that they might do someting bad to my kids, especially my pre-teen daughter.
Thank God they didn't harm us.

And then got mugged just a few months later by 2 armed men.

Miscarrying my first child when I was 5 months pregnant, at home and alone. I blocked most of it out immediately after it happened and didn't remember it all for about 7 years. I would not wish that experience on my worst enemy.

almost drown in a pond while swimming (actually more of water splashing cuz we all can't really swim) with my friends ... and funny thing is that nobody knows I was in deep trouble (thrashing around like a shark on frenzy feeding) ... until I grab this friend of mine by her hair, pulled her to me ... climb over her body and stand on her shoulder (she was 'submerged' when I did that), and jump off towards the shallower water ... until now, I am phobia to be in water ... but not the bath tub lah ..

Woke up at a time when the surgeon were finishing at stitching my appendix. I felt the pain but my body was still numbed so I couldn't move, twitch or even scream. That was in 1988 at Labuan Hospital.

When i was 7, I went to my mom's work, which is a 50 story building, for take your kid to work day. My dad dropped me off and assumed I knew where to go and how to get there because I had been there so many times. There was no one in the elevator with me and it got stuck on the 30 something'th floor.
