Depends what "it" is, I guess.
You might get 3 years for lousy spelling though. |

You would be forced to learn English. If you're a juvenile probably just till you reach your majority. |

I think the best answer is, stealing is wrong!(most of the time)
Just don't carry it around, better they find it hidden and not know who stole it. This works with a lot of things.
If your in school then you won't really get years, but for not being able to use grammar or spelling properly you might be shot in the head as a menace to society. If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen, don't do the crime if you can't do the time. |

What on earth are you asking? "Stold," you mean stole? What did you steal? Or did you mean "sold."
Seriously, do you teens ever go back and read what you guys write? |

if u did get caugth"spelled wrong" with it, the school has a right to ex-spell you
and you would go to jail for position
if u did try to blame it on someone else they would catch you because of your fingerprints on the bag and position is 9/10ths of the law |
|

Devin M

Kind of a weirs question, but they would probably just suspend you for a while, you wouldn't go to jail. Unless it was a car or something |
|

Roberto.....The question is so obtuse I can only guess what you are asking.....?
You appear to be saying..... "If I stole something while in school, blamed the theft on someone else and then sold the stolen item to someone else......What would my punishment be? "
Depends .....
FIRST if you do not get caught.....it is between your guilty conscious and your God
SECOND....What did you steal....... a small item obviously is less important than ...??...say a high priced cell phone.
THIRD.....First offenders are rarely put in jail.....usually you get humiliation and probation
FINALLY..... You would lose my and others respect and trust |
|

Ok, DO you mean you "STOLE" something? If so what is that something? |
|

Tikal
|
um i dont think you'd actually go to jail, but it would depend on what this "it" is..... |

My niece stole a lot from school when she was only 9. She got suspended for 3 days and got banned from the library for the rest of the year.
It depends on what you have done. You should pay for the consequences of your actions. Never lie and blame someone else, it is a cowardly thing to do and disrespectful and you get a lot of enemies when you are not honest. |
|

what did you stole? |
