So you've been jogging huh?
I did wonder why I kept feeling the ground vibrate, I thought it was an Earthquake or something like that down under...Ha!
But seriously, everyone puts a few pounds/kilos on over Christmas and it will take a few months to get rid of it again.... Will power is the name of the game..
Good Luck |

It could possibly be that you are bloated, and not fat. There are some foods that I eat that make me feel bloated. I avoid those foods. Check your diet and make adjustments as necessary. See your doctor and if possible, get him/her to check your body fat percentage to see if indeed you need to lose a coulpe of pounds. This will put your mind at ease. |

water retention?, bloating? or just Christmas..... if you ate a bit more last week than normal it usually takes a week or two until you notice that extra weight.... just make an extra effort to be good this week and you'll probably fluctuate back again... (or at least that's what I'm hoping!!) ; ) |

What would I do?
I would start eating a diet rich in fiber (vegetables, fruits, whole grain breads) and drink lots of water. I'd keep my diet low in fat. Then I would work out regularly. |

I would tell you to go to the US and hang out with the general population there. You will feel a whole lot better. Relatively to americans, we are skinny. If not, just stand beside a fat american tourist, you will feel like you're on top of the world.

Actually it could be due to "wear & tear condition, as in the texture of the jeans have become bigger/loose because it's been worn.
Jeans/pants materials are usually built to be pulled & endure elasticity.
It could as be whn you first wear the jeans, you hvn't had your period yet..thn gradually after that there's more gap.
Same case happens to me.
Same theory goes for shoes, usually first time you wear it sure painful or seems more thight thn it gets loose a bit. |

These are signs of your wanting to be thin , even you're not fat . This mind set of yours could lead you to eating disorder , all anorexic and bulimic have these mind set , thats why anorexic don't eat , bulimic puke after eating . Go and see a psychiatrist or confide to your mother or some one you respect so early intervention can commence now. |
