I wouldn't wish that on anybody. Even if he has hurt me bad in the past, I still wouldn't wish that on him.
One will not be happy with so much anger inside. Better to forgive and let go.
If he's in such a bad state, I'd help; get him medical attention, some money, warm meal, clothes and try to contact his family members or failing which, a welfare organisation.
But that's the extent of my help. I wouldn't take him home or anywhere near my family. Who knows how he has changed, may be worse than before.

Depending on the bad experience. If I can't find it in my heart to forgive, I'd leave the fellow alone. Even if I were to extend a helping hand, there's no guarantee the other party will be thankful. ignore n walk away.. then ask other people to take care of him... im not touching anything belong to him or involving anyhting with him or even talk to him or look at him or even think about him. i still ask other people even if i hav to pay to go take care of him.. that is because i have sense of sympathy towards other being/organism/human/animal that is living breathing thing..
