Philippines? You gotta be kidding me. The best country in Southeast Asia in terms of political stability and economic development is Singapore...
but it sure is boring there and I wonder why people run on the escalator... their beaches are all artificial... shopping there is expensive unless you're going to shop for electronics and software during late May to July... their famous Singapore Sling exactly tastes like Pinoy Weng Weng... but in fairness, Singapore Style Fish Head Curry is the best dish in the world! |

1. Thailand
2. Philippines
3. Vietnam
4. Singapore
I cannot say for the others because these are the only ones that I have visited. |

The Philippines can't be beat. Friendly English speaking natives, beautiful islands and climate and a decent exchange rate to boot. |

Almost all but I think I will rank them in this order (according to my perception and preference)
Philippines - nice beaches, inexpensive way of life, big malls, and so many wonders inside
Thailand- nice beaches, cheap food, smiling people
Singapore- convenient city life, shopper's paradise
Vietnam-progressing to be the next tourist hot spot
Malaysia-a sprawling tourist hub
Indonesia- growing economy, with fast growing tourism too
Brunei- the Kingdom has so many things to offer despite the size of this rich nation.
Cambodia- The Temples...rich culture |

Definitely,Philippines tagged as the pearl of the orient!
eventhough our country is being flagged with all these controversies lately yet there are still a lot of good things that come out of this country.Just look within your surrounding and you'll find a whole lot of reason to be proud of this country.
these are outnumbered by numerous wonderful things that this country is abundant with. |
