I love avocados in all shapes and forms... (I even have a tree in my garden)
My favourite is guacamole (mixed with mexican spices, chopped onion and tomato). Served with tortilla chips.
But I also like
Avocado soup (made with cold beef consommé and fresh cream, beat together till you have the consistency of a vichyssoise). Serve chilled.
Avocados with prawns and cocktail sauce.
Avocado in salads
And
Avocado ice cream (purée several avocados and then beat into vanilla ice cream, allow to set in freezer, then serve with crushed pistachios and a drizzle of butterscotch (caramel) sauce or chocolate sauce (to your taste). |

I like mixing it with some coffee, sugar and milk. Powdered milk is better but any milk is fine. Yummy! |

oh yeah, first started with condensed milk, then with vanilla ice cream!! haha maybe it's sabahan style. a friend of mine likes it with plain sugar.

None. I like to have it fresh and just eat it plainly. Sometimes too, I mash it, put some condensed milk and have it freezed for 3 hours or so and then bingo!!!, I have an avocado ice cream...
