Leave out the "should",because it is not the way...

If a boy asks a girl out, it is an invitation - it is "inclusive"- so the boy pays - on the first date. On subsequent dates, it is an "arrangement" - both decided and arrange to go out. One or the other can offer to pay, or split 50-50. However, it is polite for the boy to pick up the tab...he is still the "initiator".

If a girl asks a boy out, it is just a "suggestion" that the boy invites the girl out...so the above applies...

I don't mind paying for the guys, only if they behave nicely on that particular day or if we date as a couple already. But if it was a date where the guy is baru mau mengurat2, then i'm sure he don't want me to pay.

I would say the guy. Definitely, because it's respectful.
At least offer to pay anyway.
It could depend on what kind of date it is. If I went to a restaurant with a guy, I would expect him to offer..but if we went to a cafe for a cup of coffee or something I would pay my half....but it would still be nice for him to offer.
I think the guy should offer. Cause it shows him in such a good light....

If the guy is smart, he'll pay for the first date.
Rule of thumb, the person who ask, should pay.

I don't fancy going dutch so if the guy paid for the meal, I'd offer to get the movie tickets, or the popcorn or get a round of drinks, if we go clubbing.

Probably I'm of the old school, going dutch seems to take the romance out of the date,

The first date,my date pay for everything. Oddly, the 2nd date he asked me out,i end up paying for the movie tickets. but im fine with that coz it should be fair to take turns paying the bill after all he did spent a lot for the first date.
It's definitely a bonus if a guy offer to pay the bill...indicates he's a gentleman..hehehe..but then again it seems not right for the guy to ALWAYS pay. A guy is consider a loser if he ask his date to pay the half but if the girl is the one who offer to pay, so let her pay. When she does that, all a guy need to do is say "thank you, my turn next time" then smile.
