I'm not photogenic, sweetie....so really how I look wouldn't make any difference. Besides, most of my photos are usually taken during travels/trips so all the more the background should be the important consideration. |

it depends on what kind of photo. if its portrait, then i should be pretty (ahem!) but i love to make face in front of the cam.
but usually, im the photographer and i love taking pictures of the scenery. if i want to take a picture of someone, i would still consider the background, para mas pro ang dating (ahem ulet!) |

I try for the best of the person and background. Also don't forget about the lighting...I want the best Picture I can have! |

The little that I know about photography, that is called composition. meaning you care so much about the subject (in this case people) as well as the backdrop. depending on your objective, you would emphasize a little bit more one or the other. |

Since I am a man and I am not too concerned about my looks like a woman, I prefer a good background.
Not everyone is blessed with good looks like you.
I know you look good in any picture. Very pretty face you have. I told you that before.(smile) |

Backgrounds are important to me especially if I went traveling to places I've never been or if the background are the people I like or love. |

i seldom take pictures of myself (unless i am with my close friends and we are making silly faces)...
i prefer scenic shots and landscapes, with no people in them... |

Yes, because the background of any picture contributes to the overall appreciation of what you wish to convey to your audience. Example: When you wear a bikini, you would not want your background to be a forest or a hill or a landmark in a city. You want your background to be a beach or in a yatch or in a beach resort. Likewise when you are in a formal suit or dress, you dont want your background to be any of the above. You want it opposite the places mentioned. |

i was going to say as long as you're having fun taking pics, the BG & appearance dont really matter. however, if there are other people you don't know or don't wanna include in the photograph(eksenador/a ba?) i think i'd consider looking for another place.
btw, if you're talking about real or pro photography, everything matters. from BG to appearance, lighting, etc. |

WTF

to be honest with you, i'd rather consider the background more than the subject at times....
heck if its brad pitt or angelina jolie, then heyyyyyyy
forget about the background |

Its only the looks. A good background will be a bonus.
My or other's appearance will be the most important thing if some will look at the photo.
Cheers. |

I only take pictures when it is necessary. have you noticed Filipinos like to take lots and lots of pictures, that is called being vain. |

of course you should consider the background! I mean, if you're standing behind a garbage dump and suddenly decide to take a picture of yourself, it would look awful. :) |

I'm not a professional photographer, but yeah I consider the background its a part of the image though :-) But maybe if we're in the same photo then I don't care about the background.

for me, i consider the background appearance because i'm not photogenic. I'd rather stay behind the camera. =) |

I want the background to be clean as much as possible..
I am not fond of taking pictures of myself but of others..If I was taking my own picture..I will delete the "not so good" ones
