I think since not everybody is who they say they are, here at YAP, the truth is what we want it to be. There are no lies here, only underestimations and exaggerations.
Besides, when conversing with the unseen and unknown, the truth doesn't come into play... only the interesting and/or amusing. |

I love PT's answer.
With you, I always try to be truthful. Except when I can't resist the urge to tell a joke or a lie.
With the bad guys, I can be anyone, even the biggest liar in all Y/A. |

Most of the time. And I skip questions wherein an answer would reveal too much of me. |

PC

I certainly try. There are times when an honest answer just doesn't cut it. |

Most of the time. (I hope). Sincerity should be a part when we post questions and answers.
Cheers. |

Yes, always. I don't like lying, so I don't answer questions where I feel I may unintentionally give a false answer. I'm here at YAP to discover things from other people's perspectives or experiences, and in assuming that others are here for the same, I do everything I could to give the most honest answers I can give. |

90% of all my answers are/were/will be true...
10%, however, I think I just made it up... jejeje... |
|

Troubadour

210% of the time. As a matter of fact I have gotten some very rude replys when I am "too" honest.
Funny isn't it? I have been told I am too honest many times in my life, and I did not think there was any such thing as "too" honest. |
|

Waray-waray

Yes, and I add a little humor into it. But my answers are based on what I believed in as well as based on my experiences. |

a big YES. Why share and lie? What benefit do you get out of it? Nothing!!!
Don't you know that your answer can be a blessing to someone's life? |

Most times. |

sweet water

Not always, for I give an answer that the question deserves.
I also consider the questioner - if I don't know the Qer, I would check her/his profile, and based on what I see, or don't see, decide on a response. Sometimes my response is to just skip the question altogether.
There are times when I just want to be funny and then all bets are off - anything goes. |
