Ladies don't burp nor fart (if they can help it!)...not in public anyway. But if I do burp, I'd say "excuse me" and if I do fart (heaven forbid), I'd probably just be quiet and would have the "patay-mali" - sweetest, innocent look on my face...lol. I'd charm my way out of embarrassment.

when i burp I say "excuse me" when I'm in front of the people. But when I'm alone I didn;t say that.

when I fart, i say "sino umutot? Hindi ako yun ah." (who farts? that not meee..)

When I burp I say: "Excuse me excuse me from the bottom of my heart, but if i would've come out the other end, it would've been a fart."

When I fart, I just say , "Ahhhh.... Can you smell that? It smells like gardenias."
