If I've travelled with family, then the first thing I do when I run into my house is give my dog (Sophie) and cat (Annabelle) a big hug and snuggle. Then I carry in all of my luggage and leave it in the laundry room.
Then I'll usually call someone. Or start to get out all of the souvenirs that I've bought for family and friends ect.
If I"ve travelled alone or with friends, then the first thing I'd do would be to greet and hug family members ect!! |

Funny, but I take another short vacation (like 2 days) to just "acclimatize" me back, or get me back into the system. I am sure most people find this funny but true at the same time - - - a short vacation (not out of town, but just around your place) after a long one. |

Eating the food you miss while your were gone. In Pinas the Pizza, just doesn't taste right, it's either the dough, sauce or the cheese. When I get back, I devour a combo pizza from the neighborhood pizzeria. Life can't get any better than that. |
