When I was a child, there was no McDonalds or Jollibee in my place yet, so no I wasn't fond of collecting those.

Sorry but in my time (childhood), there was no McDonalds nor Jollibee. My grandchildren (under 2 years) are more fortunate, their parents are collecting those toys for them as keepsakes.

I wasn't really big into collecting a lot of stuff because I misplaced a lot of stuff...

i personally didn't..but i have a buddy who still has alot of McDonald's toys he tells me that there are some older ones worth good money to collectors in the states......don't know how true that is .....

No. When I was younger, I only had the chance to dine at Mcdonalds when I went to Manila with my mom. And it was like 20 years ago.
