I can't understand why people are giving thumbs down to those who answered "Japan" as where to find a Japanese girlfriend. So I guess you need to go to a Japanese chatroom so you can chat and find girls there that might get interested in you. One more precaution, women in Japan would tend to ignore you as they are afraid to talk in English. Ashame to be corrected. But there are few who are eager to learn and will gonna entertain you, I'm sure of that. So have a try.
