Cambodia of course, but most of South East asian rices are the same anyways. Japan and Korean rices are similar. It is stickier and has a bit different taste and texture to it. Depending on what kinds of dishes you eat... Japanese and Korean rice compliments each country's own. |

population in Cambodia is 14,971,000, and the study said 80% of them are farmer,
it is a third world country, full of corruptions
you know they produce a lots of rice sell to Vietnam and Thailand without any brand on the product, but you know what ? buy their own rice from Thailand with the Brand of Thailand on the rice they produced.
if you go to Border of Cambodia and Vietnam you will see thousand of boats carry rice from Cambodian to Vietnam everyday as well as Thailand.
so now you can see which country produce rice the most in South East Asia. |

I had been to Taiwan and I must say the rice there is quite delicious, taste and texture is better than Thai or Philippines or Indonesian rice too. |

I still like Japan rice...I tried many varieties..but if you can cook Japanese foods..you will know...
maybe you are right there is the most delicious...but I would stay in Japan rice..
but I wouldn't recommend Japan rice for fried rice.. |

For me, Thai Jasmine rice. I usually will buy rice, put them into my suitcase and send the back whenever I visit Bangkok. Nothing beats its fragrant & texture. By the way, I am a Malaysian. |
