night swimming:
(+): Because of the damaged ozone layer, the rays from the sun can cause much harm in your skin even if you apply sun blocks.
(-): if you swim in an open sea or lake, it's risky and more dangrous since it's dark.
day swimming:
(+) you can enjoy more with your family (elders who can stay up late) and friends (with curfews) since it's still morning. all shops are open at daytime so anything you need can be at hand.
(-) sun burn...

It depends. For beach I want to swim in the daylight.. (And who would like to swim in a beach at night?) If it's a swimming pool I prefer Night. |

Well for me night swimming.
But it depends on the weather. Sometimes during day, the sun can really hurt the skin. But when its not that sunny, I guess its fine.
Night swimming is AWESOME, its cold, dark and the pool lights are on. its really nice :))

Both..In day time, I can see everything, even in the water. In night time, I could relax at the pool by sitting at my floater and looking at the stars. =) |
