both are incorrect in formal English for the shortcut of "because", it should be " 'cause "...
or if your asking a shortcut for the word cousin, then it's only used in informal English... |

The word you may well be referring to is "because".
The correct use of every language is of utmost importance so as to facilitate communication in a manner that accurately relays Information from one being to another so as to promote understanding which will promote peace.
"'cuz" and "'coz" are not conjunctions. They are misspellings as part of the destruction of a language. and the "dumbing" of a people.

Its slang anyway...either would be okay to use. Some use the one with S because thats usually the ending sound if produced (Filipino setting)...Z because thats the appropriate ending sound. Though in the Philippines, they would spell it with Z because it'll be unique. We rarely use Z anyway.
