Heart is easier. Mind is smarter.

heart is easier to follow, because the heart don't know or recognise reason or probability, it is a one way traffic.

heart, because the heart can read what the mind can't....

There are a lot of pros and cons regarding this debate of the mind and heart. I think when deciding we should always hear our mind and our heart. We must not only act based on what one says. There has to be a balance.

it is easier to follow your mind......but your mind can play tricks on you.
if everyone would follow there hearts the world would be a better place.
. just my thoughts

When I was younger, heart is so easy to follow.
As I grow older, mind is easier to follow than heart.

The mind dictates what the heart should do. Everything we feel is being told to us by our mind.

Mind is my answer.. but wait..

hmmmm

when you value one over the other, it's hard to expect an answer because you already got one. What is easier to follow is not the question. What you might wanna find out is which gives the easier advice, right.

If you're talking about love, you don't follow the easiest advice. Rather, you seem to have complications because you want to follow your heart when sometimes, you already know that your mind has the right advice to follow.

The question "which is easier to follow" may not have a specific answer because there is a different answer from each to different situations. But it still depends on you of what advice to take. And if you may not know or forsee the outcome of your decision, that's not something to fear at all. Decisions have consequences--wether negative or positive.

I think it comes easier to follow the heart... it's like intuition, gut, or what feels right. It's harder to follow the mind, especially when the heart says something else.

I know from personal experience as well as teachings of all ancient wise men and spirtualists that what comes from your heart,or to be exact, the right side of your brain is always correct.Because that is the part that is connected to the whole universe.so the brain or the logical rational left side can make mistaakes, but the right side does not.so dont think, just follow your instinct.

Karina
8 out of 10 I'd follow my heart. It's easier. The mind takes too long to decide and gives me a big heahache while it's thinking.

Datu Dagohoy
I shall try first to lead them before deciding which one is easier to follow me.

Love Canada
You follow your heart, and spend massive amounts of time justifying it in your mind

Lapu-lapu arf
It is easier to follow the mind

Look at it this way, if it was easy to follow the heart then everyone would be happy by now...

Take the case of politicians, even if they have a heart they still follow their mind

btw, what are you holding in your avatar? is that red siopao? hopia red mungo?
